VALENTE LAW: Introduction

Located in Beverly Hills, California, Valente Law counsels individuals and companies on a wide range of business and immigration transactional matters, predominantly in the entertainment industry. By limiting the practice of law to the areas of entertainment and immigration, Valente Law can more competently stay abreast of the latest nuances and developments in the law that continually arise in these rapidly changing areas. The firm's specialization in entertainment and immigration offers unique counsel to individuals and companies engaged in global business and/or working with foreign personnel, and requiring legal expertise in both areas.

A small boutique firm, Valente Law is committed to providing affordable, high quality legal services tailored to meet client needs and aimed at providing a more direct working relationship, including attorney accessibility and more personal involvement than traditional, full-service high-profile firms typically offer their clients.

Solution-driven and result-oriented. Valente Law focuses on the solutions the firm can provide the particular client under the particular facts and circumstances, identifying the objectives of each client and immediately focusing on achieving these objectives. To this end, Valente Law helps the client, whether corporate or individual, understand in simple terms how Valente Law can help the client navigate or resolve the particular issue or legal problem.

Reasonable fees and costs. Valente Law is able to charge clients lower fees and costs than can larger firms with higher overhead. Valente Law meets the needs of clients who require a broad range of services by working with other attorneys or referrals for matters outside the scope of Valente Law's practice.

Conflicts of interest easier to handle. Conflicts of interest, which tend to arise often in the entertainment and immigration areas of law, are easier to handle. Generally-speaking, a law firm cannot handle legal matters that give rise to a non-waivable conflict of interest between clients of the firm. Depending on the size of the community and industry involved, the larger the law firm, the more likely there are to be conflicts of interest.
